The history of our coffee is a story as rich and authentic as the New Mexican sunset. In fact, the roots of Spirit Winds go way beyond coffee. It all started in Las Cruces, NM, in 1978, when we opened the Spirit Winds storefront as a collective of fine artisan goods that supported the New Mexican art scene. Today it’s still a regular gathering place for locals, creatives, travelers and the artistically curious. A comfortable spot where people can share their love of art and community over an excellent cup of coffee. 

 

We want to continue the mission of bringing people together in a unique way with every flavorful, ethically sourced cup of Spirit Winds. The idea that everyone is welcome is the founding spirit of our community and the reason why we love what we do. We hope to share that with you in every bag.
